Antique Mirror Panels

Mirror plate is by its very nature delicate and prone to breakage and there is a limited amount of original plate on the market.

Compton and Schuster has spent a great deal of time researching the most effective method of producing authentic looking antique mirror in either silver or mercury which perfectly complements a contemporary or an original antique frame.

We also sell antique mirror as panels to cover a wall space or individually to replace a broken antique plate.

We are able to control the degree of antiquing to the customers specification whereby the ageing spots/marks can be located as specified; for example light ageing in the centre of the plate and heavier ageing to the sides and base.
